Project 2016: New Office and Community Center!

​We are pleased to announce Wazee Foundation is sponsoring new offices and a community center to facilitate elder-focused programs in Kibera. If you look at the picture of Kibera above, the new community center is the one with the metal roof… we say this tongue-in-cheek but the image above shows the real-estate reality of Kibera and we’re thrilled to provide a safe meeting place for the Wazee. We’ll keep you updated with photos of the remolding. Total budget for this project: $5,000.00 USD, already fully funded and underway. Thank you to all our donors!
